1. The service
RealCase (“we”, “us”) operates a website that curates and summarizes publicly available success stories about money and health. We do not reproduce original articles in full; we distill the key facts and link back to the original source. RealCase is not the author of the underlying stories and does not claim ownership of the original content.
2. Accounts
You need an account to read past the free story limit. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is billed as a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller of record, who handles billing, sales tax, and payment collection. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.

5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our summaries in bulk, and don't attempt to bypass the subscription paywall. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Disclaimer
Stories are summarized for informational purposes only and are not financial, medical, or professional advice. We try to represent sources accurately but make no guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Always verify against the original source before acting on anything you read here.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
